As a reversible dress, the Paletti Dress is a real all-rounder and can be combined in any way you like. Whether relaxed with sneakers, elegant with heels or casual with boots - everything is paletti with the Paletti Dress. The V-necklines at the front and back are at different depths so that you can show off either the décolleté or the back. It is knitted seamlessly from top to bottom.

The Paletti dress is designed to be bra-friendly, so you can easily conceal a bra underneath if you wish. The top is fitted and is knitted with a smaller needle size than the skirt for a stable fit. The skirt sits flatteringly at the waist and falls loosely above the knee. To emphasize the waist and distribute the weight of the dress optimally, you can knit an I-cord belt. The Paletti Dress is opaque and can be worn without an underdress.

The instructions contain several options for you:
Firstly, you will find traditional knitting instructions that have been calculated on the basis of measurement charts. This is suitable for you if a standard pattern fits you well, you can’t/won’t measure yourself, you are knitting for someone else whose exact measurements you don’t know or if you don’t want to do the math. On the other hand, you will find explanations throughout on how to customize the Paletti Dress for yourself. This requires a little bit of arithmetic, but with the help of the step-by-step instructions you will easily master it and end up with a dress that fits perfectly.

Sizes
The Paletti Dress is available in 15 sizes.

Sizes 1-9 and 12 were tested, sizes 10, 11 and 13-15 were not tested. If you would like to knit a size that has not been tested, please contact me. In this case, I would send you the pattern free of charge and would be happy to receive feedback on the pattern.

The dress fits a bust measurement of 77-155 cm. The exact measurements of the dress can be found in the overview in the pictures. The waist and hip in particular can be individually adjusted. Please note the recommended negative ease for the top and positive ease for the skirt:

Top - recommended negative ease
Approx. -10 to -2 cm to your personal chest and waist circumference (D and E). If in doubt, choose the smaller size as the top must be close-fitting, otherwise it will stretch out due to the weight of the skirt.

Skirt - recommended positive ease
Approx. +20 to +28 cm to your personal hip circumference (full hip; F).

For the top
